Last updated: 12 March 2026

By using ThaiData UK (thaidata.uk), you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. What ThaiData UK provides

ThaiData UK offers free online calculators and tools designed for UK Thai restaurant operators, including a minimum wage calculator, dish price checker, and profit checker. We also offer a Staff Cost Report, currently in private beta.

2. For informational purposes only

All tools, calculations, data, and content on this site are provided for informational purposes only. They do not constitute financial, legal, tax, or professional advice. You should consult a qualified accountant, solicitor, or business advisor before making financial decisions based on data from this site.

While we strive for accuracy, we make no guarantees that the figures produced by our calculators are error-free or suitable for your specific circumstances.

3. Data accuracy

Our pricing data is sourced from UK-based Thai wholesale suppliers, menu surveys, and official government sources (e.g., GOV.UK National Living Wage rates). Market prices change frequently. We update data periodically but cannot guarantee real-time accuracy.

4. Free tools

Our free calculators process all data entirely in your browser. No calculator input data is transmitted to or stored on our servers. These tools are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.

5. Paid reports & Beta access

When the Staff Cost Report exits beta, it will be a paid product. While in private beta, it is offered for free. Paid reports will be processed securely via Stripe. Refund requests for any future paid products should be sent to [email protected] within 14 days of purchase.

6. Intellectual property

All content, tools, design, and data compilations on ThaiData UK are owned by ThaiData UK unless otherwise stated. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or resell our content or reports without written permission.

7. Limitation of liability

ThaiData UK shall not be liable for any losses, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our tools, data, or reports. This includes, but is not limited to, any business decisions made based on our calculators or reports.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
