Who built this
ThaiData UK was built by Jonathan — UK Born Thai, UK-raised, with hands-on experience in hotel and restaurant operations. He previously worked with the Tourism Authority of Thailand (London) in IT and marketing, giving him a front-row view of the challenges facing Thai food businesses in the UK.
